丹佛斯公司声明（danfoss Statement）

丹佛斯自动控制管理（上海）有限公司(“本公司”)获悉，*近某些公司冒用丹佛斯中国名义进行招聘活动。该些行为不仅侵犯了本公司及本公司*终股东丹佛斯公司（Danfoss A/S）的名称权和注册商标权，而且损害了求职者的合法权益。

对这些非法使用丹佛斯名称和商标的行为，本公司将采取法律行动予以追究。同时，本公司提请广大求职者注意，丹佛斯公司并未在中国设立“丹佛斯中国有限公司”，且从未在中国授权任何丹佛斯集团以外的公司在名称中使用 “丹佛斯”字样。以“丹佛斯中国有限公司”名义进行的招聘活动，属冒用丹佛斯名义的非法招聘，请广大求职者予以甄别。

Danfoss Automatic Controls Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Company”) becomes aware that certain companies are making unauthorized use of Danfoss name in its employee recruiting activities. Such activities infringed upon rights of this Company and Danfoss A/S (ultimate owner of this Company) in the trade name and registered trademark of Danfoss. Such acts also injured lawful rights and interests of potential Danfoss job applicants.

This Company reserves the right to take appropriate actions to pursue legal liabilities for unauthorized use of Danfoss name and trademark. In the meantime, we would like to point out to all job applicants that, “Danfoss China Co., Ltd.” is not a member of Danfoss group, and Danfoss has never authorized any Chinese company outside Danfoss group to use in its company name Danfoss trademark or trade name. The act of recruiting in the name of “Danfoss China Co., Ltd.” cheats job applicants and is illegal.
