电子称重技术在我国近十几年来有了突飞猛进的发展,无论是产品的性能、功能,还是可靠性方面都有了很大的提高,基本上满足了市场上不同用户的需求,部分地还可通过计算机完成各种管理和控制的复杂任务,但相对于国外电子称重技术来说,在各个方面存在的技术差距还相当大,如:就称重显示器而言,这并不是称重技术开发人员的素质因素的影响,没有掌握当今*先近设计技术,开发性能价格比更为合理的称重显示器,而是称重显示器是依托计算机技术为基础发展的,相对落后是必然的,另一方面,称重仪器不象计算机和一些家用电器那样,能够形成巨大的规模经济,以采用更先进的工艺技术及设备,促使其自身的完善与发展,使开发的称重仪器能够满足用户的潜在欲望。
本文中首先简单描述系统硬件工作原理,且附以硬件设计框图,论述了本次毕业设计所应用各硬件在电路**能和各个IC模块的工作过程, 并具体描述了电子秤的信号采集、处理和A/D转换以及软、硬件调试。其次阐述了电子秤的简单调试和故障检修分析。本文撰写的主导思想是软、硬件相结合,以硬件为基础,来进行各功能模块的编写。
