- Polyester and nylon blended micro denier woven wiper
- Laundered by 17MΩ of ultra-pure D.I. water, and packaged in class 10 cleanroom
- Assures cleanliness with ultra low level of particle, ion and extractable consistent with class 1-10 cleanroom environment
- Four edges are cut and sealed by laser, so that, particle, lint are extremely olw
- Ideal for semiconduction, TFT-LCD, PDP manufacturing process and sterilized room of pharmaceutical fields
